How to log into Internet Banking

1. Enter your account number:
(I.e. 12345)

2.
Select your branch

3. Access code:
This is the same personal access code that you use for telephone banking. If you don’t currently use telephone banking or are having a problem with the log on procedure, contact your member service representative. Please note: If your personal access code starts with “0”, you “may” experience a log on problem.






Other Important Internet Banking Information
A) If no action has been processed in 2:00 minutes or more Member Direct Internet Banking will automatically log you off. Even if you click any of the options you will be directed back to the login screen. This is a security feature and can not be turned off.

B) Please avoid the "Back Button" in your browser. Member Direct Internet Banking is a "transactional" system that tracks which page you are on, and concludes some transactions by having you return to the Main Menu. It is recommended that you always use the "Main Menu" Button to return to the Main Menu. The "Back Button" in your browser may create errors in certain areas and should be avoided.

C) Once you are logged into Member Direct Internet Banking you can click the "help" button to get information on all features and functions available to you through Internet Banking. If you have any other problems logging into Member Direct Internet Banking simply contact us during regular business hours.
